of course I got sick… twice!
So, on the 28th, I caught my mom’s cold (?) again? And then, of course, just when I thought that I was in the clear, and that the cold had evacuated, it came back with a vengeance. I now have the worst possible head cold ever contracted. CRAP! I’m going to try to do at least 1/2 hour of cardio, but I don’t think that I should go running outside until the weekend, just to be safe.
Unfortunately, I will be delaying my return to running glory (training for that marathon) even more, but at least I’m keeping my heart rate up with the cardio-strength training I’ve been doing. MEH.
I have created an awesome training calendar (mostly based upon a Runner’s World marathon training schedule recommendation) until the Tacoma City Marathon on May 3rd. I can do it!
